This easy sauce will complement any dessert. This is not a jam, here are a simply, and much more juicy berry flavor. I especially recommend with a classic cheesecake.

recipe:

  • 500 grams of strawberries
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 10 ml of grenadine
  • 20 ml of strawberry syrup
  • 30 ml of strawberry liqueur

to do:

Take berry fragrant and seasonal, washed and cut off the tail. Strawberries is necessary to be freeze before the solid state, because of during a pressure on the berry it did not give juice. I am opposed to frozen, but this is the secret of the process.

Put solid berry into the blender, fill with sugar and the rest of the liquid. Beat it and merge into the bowl. Use during the week, store in the refrigerator, preferably in a vacuum.
