honey cookies with cranberries and Pecan

This is — the personification of homemade pastries. All are elementary and incredibly tasty. The aroma of honey will impregnate your house like honey cake biscuits.

It is a gentle dough, which later is transformed into a soft cookie with any nuts and dried fruit to taste. Perhaps it is the perfect duo for tea or hot chocolate before bedtime. Crumbly dessert with juicy flavor and crunchy ingredients is the best sleeping pills.


  • 125 grams of butter
  • 125 grams of cane sugar
  • 100 grams of liquid honey
  • 75 grams of pecan
  • 75 grams of dried cranberries
  • 1 egg
  • 225 grams of flour
  • half packet of disintegrant (about 10 grams)

Beat the butter until a lush white mass. The secret of air cookies consists in it. Firstly beat the dense oil on the mixer by «shovel» nozzle. When it will be soften, adjust the nozzle to the «whisk» and beat at maximum speed.

Hold the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour. Make 24 grams marbles and place on a baking sheet with parchment. Top can be decorated by nuts if you like. Bake for about 15 minutes at 175 degrees.
