I admit at once, the section is called «author recipes», but exactly what I saw on Facebook … Early in the morning in the newswire was an interesting video with a very simple pie, I could not resist and immediately went to try.

Surprisingly, the base or the so-called «foundation» was not here, just a mass of filling, which is poured on cherries, as in the video. I chose to do with plums, so more juicy and home.


  • 500 grams of prunes
  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of flour
  • vanillin
  • 240 ml of milk
  • 40 grams of butter

As in any dessert, the main thing is quality ingredients. Use fresh plums in season. And if not the season, use cherries, figs, strawberries, in general almost any fruit, berry or juicy fruit. In my case it – juicy local plum.

Cut it in half and remove ossicles. Generously lubricate with butter and sprinkle with sugar the pie form. Shake off excess sugar which does not stuck to the butter.

Mix the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, add the flour and vanilla. Stir until a homogeneous mass without lumps and add the almond extract.

At the end, enter the melted butter. Stir and fill the plum (or what have you), which is placed on the form.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes. Let cools down and you can enjoy!
