This dessert is dedicated to lovers of nuts. Pecans can be replaced by any other nut, or even mixes, for example.

I like this cake because it tastes like baklava. It is the recipe, which I have always been interested in and admired. It is even an some imitation of baklava to taste.

Take shortbread copyright dough like pies. All the usual are easy and incredibly delicious.

recipe:

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of cane sugar
  • 150 grams of molasses
  • 400 grams of pecans
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 50 grams of confectionery gel
  • 20 ml of whiskey
  • 300 grams of dough or I prefer to use 250 grams, so it turns a thin layer

to do:

Drown the butter in a saucepan and add the brown sugar. I use in the form of cubes, the substance is more dense and suitable for dessert.

Add the sugar in the butter and melt. Remove from the heat and enter syrup solids, whisk the mixture. Add one egg and continue to actively stir.

Cut 200 grams of pecans and add to the stuffing. Shortbread dough is distributed on the form using the flour. Cut the parchment at the bottom to be separated easily.

When dough is evenly distributed, pierce with a fork so as not to inflate. Pour the filling over the dough and place the remaining nuts on top.

Bake at 170 degrees for about 35 — 40 minutes. Remove from the mold and, when it is cooled, cover with gel. Previously, melt it with whiskey.

As usually keep refrigerated cake preferably in a vacuum, so as not to expose to the wind and dried. But as a rule, good sweets do not live long.
