Soft and airy waffles for breakfast are miracle. If you have not waffle irons, you can use the artful way. For example, I did so — using the form for baking. It is a good alternative, though classic way is still much better. You can add in the composition, whatever you want.

Traditionally is accepted to fry sweetish waffles and serve with maple syrup and berries in season. But I am a fan of Nutella, that’s why I prefer it to any fillers, whether it is even honey or jam … By the way fresh waffles with spices are too popular, such as to replace the bread in a sandwich.


  • 375 grams of butter
  • 375 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of honey
  • sachet of vanillin (2 grams)
  • 10 eggs
  • 500 ml of milk
  • disintegrant packet (15 grams)

to do:


Beat butter with 100 grams of sugar and vanilla until fluffy white mass in a mixer.


Milk is put on the fire to warm up. We need it warm. By the way, if you decide to use everything else natural vanilla, pod the best diverges by heating milk or cream. So, pour the milk into the beaten butter mass and stir.


Sift flour with baking powder through the sieve, add to the liquid milk and butter mixture and mix until a possible homogeneous mass.


Divide whites and yolks, firstly stir the egg yolks with honey. Add to the mix and interfere with a whisk. After that, beat the whites to a state of «clouds». Not stopping the process of beating, pour into it the remaining 50 grams of sugar. This meringue is also added to the mixture.


Homogeneous mass can be used immediately. Better certainly to fry in a waffle iron. But, if you bake as me, brush forms with butter and bake at 185 degrees for about 7-10 minutes.
