Among the «open» cakes, this is perhaps the easiest to prepare. Particular shortbread dough, favorite berries or fruits and stuffing – it`s ready — made yogurt. I prefer strawberries and pears, but also tasty will be with plums or figs. However, as always, proceed according to your preferences. You will get light and delicate dessert, filling will be soft and the dough – gentle.

dough recipe:

  • 120 grams of margarine
  • 120 grams of disintegrant
  • packet of vanillin
  • 1 egg
  • 70 grams of sour cream
  • 5 grams of baking powder
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 grams of lemon peel
  • 250 grams of flour

Margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla you should mix until a homogeneous mass with nozzle «peel» in a mixer. Then add the egg and mix again. Move the mass from the mixer in any other bowl.

Then, separately in a mixer should be mixed with beater «corolla» the following ingredients: sour cream and disintegrant stir and add fresh juice and dried peel

Mix the two mixtures, stirring by hand, and gradually adding flour. Again to scroll through the mixture in a blender and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.

recipe for the filling:

  • 4 pears or 300 grams of strawberries
  • 1 packet of 150 grams of yogurt
  • 100 ml cream fatty
  • 2 grams of vanillin
  • 1 egg + 1 yolk
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of flour
  • pinch of salt

Fruit or berries should be used in fresh form. If you decide to cook with strawberries, slice it into lobules, with pear — thin slices. Desirably, berries or fruits were solid.

Pour all ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Add the sugar. For the best dissolution of sugar, it can first be mixed with the eggs, then add the yogurt and then all the rest.

Pour out thin layer dough on an iron baking pan.On iron pan can be put parchment pretreated with flour. Put on the dough berries or fruits, then pour the contents under the edge and bake at 160 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

You should get pie in hot form from iron baking pan. For beauty, confectioners decorate cake confectionery gel, but you can decorate the cake with fresh fruit or thin slices of pear in our case.
